Through the use of experts, public debate, committee involvement, and the collaboration between the board of directors and the GM I hope to help develop a fully comprehensive and forward thinking plan that will better align BVS with its current and future needs setting us up for success..
Any plan should be prepared by the best available, licensed experts, with direct knowledge and experience in the areas involved. The plan should be designed to include a full assessment of what the CSD controls. It should outline options, timeframes, and remedies as they relate to our current situation and future needs.
As everyone knows, everything costs money. A comprehensive plan should also include a researched financial plan prepared by experts, in conjunction with, the details set forth as mentioned above. The public needs to know the truth.

I have just shared with you a basic outline (draft) of what I feel is needed in regards to our infrastructure. It is only an outline and a rough draft but it demonstrates the depth of information needed.
