The hardest part of any project always seems to be just getting it started. When it comes to decay and degradation of our infrastructure, time is not our friend.
A lot of time is spent on research, analysis, collaborating, preparing and drafting a project before a shovel ever breaks ground (metaphorical). It is time that is well spent and a must. While it is a slow and tedious process it is needed if you are to be successful. .
It is important that we start as soon as possible. Delaying will have a negative impact on the timeline and costs.
Because of the magnitude of this task, it is important to start by getting a trained and experienced professional to take a comprehensive look at what we have and tell us what we have that we can work with and what we need.
A good plan will be needed before costs or a strategy can be navigated.
Our infrastructure is pretty beat up and getting worse every day. Another winter is just around the corner.
